shop style | merci in paris

I love brick and mortar shops. The experience that I often have when stepping into a boutiques spaces is awesome. From food shops to clothes to home decor, certain stores really make me feel amazing and feel that I can create special moments in my own home. When we traveled on our honeymoon earlier this year, my friends recommended tons of places for us to visit while in Paris. One stop beyond the dining, museums and overall Parisian experience was to check out merci.

What an incredible lifestyle shop. Part fashion, part home, part cafe, part bookstore and overall amazing, there were so many vignettes and goodies in here, just spending time in the shop felt great. We snapped up a very cool industrial light – one of my fave small space tips (lighting creates balance and depth in a small space) – and enjoyed a cappuccino.

What are your fave shops that you enjoy going to for a dose of creative style?
